The purple sweet potato sliced cake can be made without an oven, with a bag of glutinous rice flour at home



Ingredients: 25g sticky rice flour, 70g glutinous rice flour, 100g warm water, 50g red dates, 18g fine sugar, 18g corn oil

๐Ÿ‡1 / Prepare all the ingredients, steam the purple potato or sweet potato on the pot for 20 minutes, remove and press into a puree for later use.
