Today I made healthy sweet potato glutinous rice dumplings without sugar and oil! It's not fried, but it feels better than fried. It tastes like mochi! Q play glutinous jiji! The method is also very simple! The ingredients are ready to be stirred and kneaded into small balls in the oven! One-time success! Crispy on the outside and sticky on the inside, it's so delicious!

Ingredients

2 sweet potatoes, 100 g glutinous rice flour, 80 g whole wheat flour, 5 ml milk

Step

๐Ÿˆ1. First steam the sweet potatoes in a pot, then peel them and press them into a puree.

๐Ÿˆ2. Just pour glutinous rice flour➕ whole wheat flour together and knead it together. I think there is a bit of dry and you can add some milk. I don’t add much, two spoons.

๐Ÿˆ3. Knead together into a smooth dough, just don't stick to your hands! Then roll into small rounds.

๐Ÿˆ4. Prepare the baking tray, lay a layer of oil paper on it, and put it in the oven.

๐Ÿˆ5. Bake the oven at a high temperature of 180 for 20 minutes! It's crispy on the outside and glutinous on the inside and it's super delicious.

๐Ÿˆ6. After being cold, it tastes a bit like mochi! You have the tenacity and love this little snack.
