Since I learned how to make dumpling wrappers, my family has eaten them 3 times a week. It is delicious and tender.



Dumplings are one of the most common ways to eat noodles. After using flour to make dumpling skins, they are then processed into exquisite flavors, with various flavors and rich nutrition. However, there is actually another different method of the dumpling skin. Many people have never tried this kind of dumpling skin. So today I want to share this very creative delicacy with everyone. This delicacy is very easy to operate. Simple, we only need to prepare dumpling wrappers and vegetables that we usually like to eat, without kneading or raising noodles, we can easily make this delicacy at home, and friends who like it can also try it.

Prepare ingredients: 200 grams of dumpling wrappers, 100 grams of leeks, 2 eggs, a little rice noodles, and an appropriate amount of minced meat.

Ingredients: appropriate amount of edible oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of chicken essence, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of thirteen incense, and half teaspoon of cooking oil.

Step method:

🌻1.Wash the leeks you bought first, then cut them into small pieces and put them in a bowl for later use. Then heat up the pan and heat the oil. Pour the oil into the egg mixture that has been stirred in advance, fry on low heat, and mash it. Then pour the eggs into a large bowl filled with leeks.



🌻2. Pour the smashed rice soaked in advance into the bowl, and then add 1 teaspoon of edible salt.



🌻3. Then add 1 teaspoon of thirteen incense, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, and 1 teaspoon of chicken essence.



🌻4. Pour in half a tablespoon of cooking oil, (if you think it is too vegetarian, add some minced meat, if you don't like it, you can skip minced meat) and mix well with chopsticks.


🌻5. Next, we roll the prepared dumpling skins thinly with a rolling pin, as much as possible, so that the skin is thinner and tastes better.



🌻6. After the dumpling wrapper is rolled out, put the stuffing just mixed into the dumpling wrapper, and then wrap it up using the method of making a bun, as shown in the figure below.



🌻7. After all the buns are wrapped, put them in the steamer.




🌻8. Then put in the pot and cover the lid, boil over high heat, and steam in water for 6 minutes. After 6 minutes have passed, the buns will be steamed.



🌻9. This fresh, fragrant, and smooth crystal bun is ready.
