Today's peach crisp, crispy scum, bite down, melt in the mouth, suitable for the elderly and children in the family to eat. Eating crispy and delicious peach crisps, accompanied by a pot of tea, and chatting with family members,I'm satisfied just thinking about it~
🍋Ingredients
80g lard, 160g low-gluten flour, 80g sugar, 1g baking powder, 2g baking soda, 0.5g salt, 25g egg liquid, and appropriate amount of black sesame.
🍋step
🍍1.Put solid lard in the cooking bowl and beat with an electric whisk until the volume becomes larger and smoother.
🍍2.Add the powdered sugar and continue to beat until it is even and smooth.
🍍4.Sift in low-gluten flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and stir evenly with a silicone spatula until there is no dry powder. (This side needs baking powder to make it crispy.)
🍍5.Divide the dough into about 25g of agent and knead it into circles. Spread the silicone oil paper on the baking tray at a staggered position and put the kneaded agent into the dough.
🍍6.Use your fingers to flatten the middle of the agent.
🍍7.Sprinkle a little black sesame seeds on the center of the agent.
🍍8.Put it into the preheated oven, middle layer, upper tube 185℃, lower tube 170℃, bake for about 20 minutes, and let it cool. (Using peanut oil will taste more like old-fashioned peach crisps, but using lard will make it more crispy, using corn oil will not have the flavor of peanut oil and lard.)
🍍9.Baked~
