Material:

400g flour, 220g water, 3g salt, 4g yeast, 350g pork belly

step:

๐Ÿž1. Put all the ingredients except the pork belly into the basin, stir evenly with chopsticks, then knead it into a smooth dough by hand, and cover it with plastic wrap to ferment;

๐Ÿž2. Divide the dough into several small pieces of the same size, and roll each small piece of dough into an oval shape;



๐Ÿž3. Fold the oval-shaped dough in half, put it in a steamer to ferment for 20 minutes, and then steam it on the pot for 20 minutes;





๐Ÿž4. If you put fried meat in the middle, remember to marinate the meat before frying~ Or you can fry the meat the night before, just heat it up the next morning! 



Both steamed buns and pork belly can be prepared in advance, so that the next morning, steam them together for five minutes and they will be almost ready to eat. Change your taste.
